Recipe of Fried Crispy Chicken

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Chicken Drumsticks 8 Numbers
Garlic, Chopped 4 Clove
Coriander Roots, Finely Chopped 3 Numbers
Ground Turmeric 2 Teaspoons
Freshly Ground Pepper 1 Teaspoons
Salt 1 Teaspoons
Caster Sugar 1 Teaspoons
Chili Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Oil To Fry

Directions

Boil the chicken in water for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Cool. Place the garlic, coriander root, turmeric, pepper, salt, sugar and chili sauce in a mortar and pestle or food processor and process into a smooth paste. Brush over the chicken, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a heavy-based pan, add the chicken and cook until dark brown, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chili sauce, if desired.
